Job Title: Quality System Configuration Specialist

The purpose of this role is to assist system program leaders with system configurations and support for global, web-based applications.

This specialist will provide daily system support via multiple channels including telephone, email, and instant messaging to users of the EtQ Reliance application.

  • Provide first-level system support to resolve user issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, work with users to identify root causes, and collaborate with software vendors to resolve technical problems
  • Perform system administration duties such as updating website information content and system data changes
  • Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance
  • Design and execute test cases to verify configurations meet requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software validation and change control activities
  • Develop reports using Excel, Tableau, and other tools to drive business insights
  • Support training material development and maintenance

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript)
  • SharePoint experience a plus
