JD Edwards Technical Expert

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled JD Edwards technical expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in JDE and excellent knowledge of the JDE technical area, including FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate and test completed implementations in the JD Edwards life cycle.
  • Troubleshoot development issues and recommend solutions.
  • Perform unit tests to verify application functionality against requirements/design specifications.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Analyze risk mitigation during systems improvements.
  • Issue analysis and bug fixing, debugging, and trouble-shooting standard programs in JDE (NERs, C BFNs etc.).
  • Train internal JDEdwards technical teams on technical aspects.
  • Working experience on BI Publisher.
  • Good understanding of integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services/Orchestrator.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong JDE background.
  • Good understanding of JDE technical area (FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN).
  • Knowledge of master business functions.
  • Working experience on power forms.
  • Experience of system architecture development.
  • Partitioning of functionality among applications and components.
  • Application interfaces, interoperability concerns.
  • Software development methodologies.
  • Structured approaches to system development.
