Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled developer who can design and implement scalable backend systems that power real-time, data-heavy applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and optimize scalable microservices-based backend systems.
  • Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs & WebSocket services.
  • Build robust data flows and storage schemas with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis.
  • Deploy and manage containerized services with Docker & AWS (EC2, ALB, S3, Route 53).
  • Set up and champion CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery cycles.
  • Ensure system resilience with distributed, fault-tolerant architecture.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to translate vision into scalable technology.
  • Evaluate and adopt modern backend frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, Kubernetes, etc.).
Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong skills in:

  • Backend development using Python and/or JavaScript.
  • Containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Cloud infrastructure using AWS.
  • Database management using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • CICD pipeline setup and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
