Senior Treasury Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Management Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring treasury management systems, providing techno-functional support for TMS/SAP TRM and Risk Management implementations, and driving business development initiatives.

  • Configure treasury management systems basis blueprinting documents.
  • Support assignments/engagements involving assisting international corporate organizations in their TMS/SAP TRM and Risk Management implementation.
  • Support Treasury and Risk Management implementations, including setting up treasury functions.
  • Take-up business development initiatives and create proposals, responses to RFPs, thought leaderships.
  • Coach junior team members to ensure excellent client delivery while enabling their career development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/BTech/MBA(Finance) from a Tier 1/2 institute with at least 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in treasury tech advisory/finance tech/SAP practice with mastery in Treasury Management System (TMS/TRM).
  • Strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, including commodities and financial products.
  • Strong understanding of any of the treasury systems like SAP TRM in ECC as well as in SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Well-versed in the concepts of cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, Notional and Physical Cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, Bank Communication Management within SAP environment.
  • Basic to moderate level of understanding of Spot and Derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products, including risk management and valuation aspects.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with C-Suite.
  • High levels of commitment to work.
