We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Interior Design Professional to lead our clients interior design efforts in the real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing sales offices, show flats, luxury clubhouses, entrance lobbies, apartment lobbies, and selecting finishes for apartments.

  • Lead the design and implementation of interior strategies for sales offices, show flats, and luxury amenities like clubhouses and entrance lobbies.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure designs are aligned with the brand vision and aesthetic.
  • Manage the selection of all apartment finishes and materials, including marble, tile, and sanitary fittings, ensuring high quality and durability.
  • Lead the sourcing of materials and work closely with vendors and contractors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion and conduct site visits to ensure quality control.
  • Mentor and supervise junior design staff.
  • Stay current on the latest trends and materials in interior design.

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that showcases their experience in luxury real estate design. They should be proficient in design software, materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is required. 3 years of experience in a similar role is also necessary.
