Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Mapping and Gap Analysis: Analyze technical skill sets, identify capability gaps, and support talent-to-project mapping.
  • Resource Utilization and Reporting: Prepare resource utilization reports and insights for strategic decision-making, track project progress, and proactively flag potential resource-related risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Acumen: Engineering/technical background with strong understanding of technical concepts.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to forecast, plan, and optimize technical resource allocation.
