Job Description

As a skilled Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing effective supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and configure optimal supply chain planning solutions.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless data integration and measurable value delivery. In this capacity, you will work closely with Solution Architects and Senior Specialists to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

In addition, you will develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to meet client expectations and possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: 1-5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field
  • Academic Background: Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research degree with an excellent academic record
  • Certification: Mandatory certification as a Solutions Specialist Level 1; higher certifications are an asset
  • Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations, including RapidResponse (Maestro)
