Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Allocation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with department leads to identify staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage resource allocation across various projects and departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of resource utilization and ensure data integrity in resource management systems.
  • Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing requirements.
  • Support forecasting of resource demand and resolving potential conflicts.
  • Prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for project resources.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing challenges and capacity constraints.
Requirements
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Resource Management.
  • Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Resource Management Tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365).
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
