Job Title: User Acceptance Testing Specialist

 

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the Sales CRM Platform Microsoft D365 and Sales systems meet business requirements.

  • Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales CRM workflows.
  • Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales CRM operations and teams.

 

We are seeking a seasoned QA professional who can validate end-to-end functionality before production release. This individual will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across all sales platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience with UAT processes and methodologies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

This role involves:

  • Leading UAT efforts to verify system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Developing and implementing UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensuring seamless integration across all sales platforms through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
