ServiceNow Test Engineer Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Test Engineer.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute tests to ensure the highest quality of products.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Identify and report defects found during testing.
  • Collaborate with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Design and implement Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow, hands-on experience implementing ATF, and functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ATF.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.
  • Knowledge of Testing Integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin.
  • BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS or MCA degree.
