Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products, identifying and prioritizing defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize defects, and provide feedback on code changes.
  • Design and implement automated testing tools and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, including test cases, test data, and test scripts.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify bugs and defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve these issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.
  • Proven track record of identifying and prioritizing defects, and providing effective feedback to development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and gray box testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
