Financial Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Financial Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.
  • Treasury Functions: Support capital call monitoring, reconciliations, and liquidity planning. Provide transaction support for capital deployment, including deal documentation review and payment processing.
  • Investor Communication: Manage investor communication for capital calls and distributions; maintain logs and receipt tracking. Respond to investor queries and information requests with high professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Audit Preparations: Assist in audit preparations and financial disclosures, including coordinating third-party valuation inputs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Financial Controlling: Collaborate closely with the Accounts team to meticulously review monthly financial statements across all entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal financial controls.
  • Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee the end-to-end AP and AR processes, ensuring optimized turnaround times for disbursements and collections while maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, and drive the delivery of high-quality management reports for Partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CA with at least 4-5 years of experience
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial reporting tools
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, effortlessly navigating complex workflows and seamlessly juggling multiple high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
