Financial Operations Specialist

The role of an Accountant involves handling various financial operations such as maintaining accurate books of accounts, processing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing statutory filings. Additionally, the Accountant will be responsible for bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including ledgers and journals.
  • Process payments to vendors and clients, and manage accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to management with financial planning and analysis.
  • Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance (M.Com/CA Inter is an added advantage).
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and statutory compliances is a must.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
