**Revenue Growth Analyst Position Overview:**

This role involves leading the analysis and execution of revenue strategies for a portfolio of U.S.-based vacation rental properties.

As a highly analytical and data-driven professional, you will design and manage data-driven pricing strategies using industry-leading pricing platforms and data tools to drive occupancy, increase profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dynamic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization within the short-term vacation rental industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing revenue growth plans based on market trends and competitor performance.
  • Designing and managing data-driven pricing strategies to boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • Monitoring market indicators and competitor data to inform revenue decisions.
  • Creating performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance property performance and alignment.
  • Presenting clear, data-backed recommendations to internal teams and homeowners.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management and data analytics.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex visualizations and translate them into business actions.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented in a remote work environment.
