**Vacation Rental Reservation Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to support our short-term vacation rental company based in the US. This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing refund requests, resolving billing discrepancies, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, offering recommendations for local attractions and activities, supervising and mentoring a team of reservation agents, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software.

Abilities:

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with sales or reservations teams is a bonus.
