Job Title:

Systems Integration Specialist

 

Job Description:

As a skilled systems integration specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Work Force Optimization (WFO) platforms in multiple environments. This includes global data centers, private hosted cloud, and on-premise locations.

 

You will possess a strong command of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations. Your consultative ability to extract business requirements from clients is essential in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, deploy, and configure WFO platforms in multiple environments
  • Consult with clients to extract business requirements
  • Possess a strong command of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations
  • Develop and review best practice implementation processes
  • Participate in on-call rotation

 

Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate status of implementation projects to stakeholders in a timely fashion
  • Provide technical resource for WFO Implementation tasks, including server and operating system issues and network connectivity issues
  • Perform training for customers on WFO server maintenance and PC client loading
  • Perform application upgrades on WFO servers
  • Provide on-site and remote support for hardware and operating system problems

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Verint Work Force Optimization Certification
  • Minimum 5 years technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration
  • Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center practices
  • 5 years of WFO software installation, configuration, and administration, especially in a multi-tenant cloud environment

 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Work Force Management or Analytics is highly desired
  • VMware knowledge
  • Knowledge of Apache web servers and SSL certificates
