Seeking a Supervisor with expertise in workforce solutions to develop and execute reporting dashboards, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience within a Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider and possess strong data analysis and visualization skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve reporting dashboards that track defined KPIs and SLAs. Leverage Power BI for broader reporting needs.
  • Ensure all internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented. Develop user guides and training materials.
  • Execution of internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System data validation and monthly access reviews.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and cost savings processes.
  • Provide financial summary and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience within a Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset. Ability to create SOPs and user guides.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
