Workforce Optimization Specialist

The Workforce Optimization Specialist plays a vital role in building a high-performing and future-ready workforce. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing strategic workforce initiatives.

  • Design and execute a robust workforce strategy aligned with business objectives and talent planning needs.
  • Develop and implement a well-structured succession planning process to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles.
  • Manage the Competency Management framework to identify skills gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance and development cycles.
  • Build and roll out capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business leaders and HR Partners to align workforce strategies with functional priorities.
  • Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across levels (Junior, Mid, Senior) like Assessment centers, structured learning journeys, career progression paths, and mentoring etc to strengthen leadership pipeline.
  • Drive organization-wide implementation of performance management cycle. Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and interventions.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in Workforce processes design and execution.
  • MBA/PGPM qualification background in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in Data Management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
  • Open for travelling.
