As a Senior HR Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting workforce planning and forecasting for Full-Time Employees (FTEs) and compensation costs. This involves providing management information and analytics support to the Human Resources function in areas such as workforce metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data using technology and analytical tools like R and Python programming languages.
  • Communicate findings to senior management through formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts.
  • Design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting using human resources databases and systems.
  • Experience in an analytics environment with Management Information (MI) and reporting, preferably within Human Resources.
  • Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing statistical models, forecasting plans, and human resources reports.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience of using human resources databases and systems.
  • Experience in financial planning regarding workforce costs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret human resources data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
