Job Title: Head of Customer Success Strategy for Indirect Channels

This role will lead the customer success strategy for ekincares indirect revenue channels, including brokers, insurance companies, and TPAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning retention and expansion targets across brokers, insurers, and TPAs
  • Driving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Acting as senior contact for strategic partners
  • Aligning ekincare solutions with partner objectives
  • Leading customer success team for onboarding, engagement, and SLA adherence
  • Resolving escalations and improving service processes
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing national customer success team
  • Defining KPIs and career development plans for team members
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams
  • Monitoring account health, churn risk, and NPS
  • Reporting retention and growth metrics to leadership
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years in customer success, account management, or partnership management
  • At least 2 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the insurance, broker, and TPA ecosystem in India
  • Proven success in managing large accounts and driving retention and upsell in indirect channels
  • Experience building and leading distributed customer success teams
  • Ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy refinement
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation abilities
