**Job Title:** Customer Success Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive client success and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring clients receive maximum value from our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage relationships with key accounts, building trust and rapport
  • Act as the first point of contact for client issues, ensuring quick resolution and seamless communication
  • Drive client engagement through regular check-ins, presentations, and performance reviews
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
  • Prior experience in finance, fintech, or investment management is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage key client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Strong data analytics skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
