Customer Experience Strategist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing industry-leading customer journeys.
  • The selected individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and own business and operational metrics for selected customer journeys.
  • Key responsibilities include leading design thinking sessions to review and redefine current customer journeys, making them best-in-class, and managing a portfolio of initiatives to achieve exceptional customer experiences.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will coordinate the implementation and rollout of initiatives across functional teams, manage a team of agile experts, facilitate daily scrum calls, and maintain regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing industry-leading customer journeys.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through customer experience excellence.
