Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing HUB Admin activities and operations, including team management and communication with immediate management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define scope and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate and report on day-to-day activities, incident management, and project plans to the Regional Admin Head.
  • Oversee end-to-end exam day and non-exam day administrative activities, ensuring zero incidents related to admin services.
  • Contribute to recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
  • Develop and implement control mechanisms for the Admin Team within the HUB.
  • Standardize processes at all exam venues within the HUB.
  • Manage vendors and support the Regional Head in finalizing contracts and invoices.
  • Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to senior management.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all facility-related matters within the HUB.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and service level credits (SLCs) are met at exam venues.
  • Oversee governance and compliance with partners and maintain legal compliances for all venues.
  • Prepare and deploy contingency plans and conduct surprise checks at exam venues.
  • Handle crisis situations and coordinate with manpower agencies on deployment and staff-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
  • Experience in soft services facility management.
  • Proven experience in facility operations and management.
  • Ability to manage a team and handle conflict resolution.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and travel as required.
  • Good liaisoning skills with local government departments and awareness of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Vendor management skills and ability to take ownership of assigned work.
