Role Overview:
The role is focused on customer acquisition and involves direct interaction with customers to identify their transaction-banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer identification and acquisition in specific segments
- Analysis of customer needs to meet defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month
- Regular feedback to Regional Manager on opportunities and customer needs to ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures defined by the organization
- Strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
- Quality sourcing aligned with the Bank's policy
