
Fintech Business Development Representative

About the Opportunity:
">Job DescriptionYou will engage with potential customers through calls and communication, qualify and classify leads as hot, warm or cold, manage lead data in CRM systems, schedule follow-ups for the sales team, and gain knowledge about fintech and business-to-business debt markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Qualification: Engage with potential customers, qualify and classify leads, and identify new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Manage lead data in CRM systems to track progress and stay organized.
- Sales Support: Schedule follow-ups for the sales team and provide support to help drive sales growth.
We are looking for someone with strong communication and people skills, confidence, proactivity, and organization. Interest in fintech, startups, or business-to-business sales is also desirable. Students or fresh graduates in business, commerce, or finance are preferred but others are welcome if motivated to learn.
