We are seeking an accomplished Windows Systems Engineer to oversee the implementation and management of Windows Server environments, Active Directory services, and PowerShell automation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Setup and configuration of Windows Server (2008-2022)
    • Active Directory design, replication, and user/group management
  • Patch and Security Management:
    • WSUS/SCCM setup and maintenance
    • NTFS file system security and antivirus management
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery:
    • Veeam backup software setup and configuration
    • Windows Backup and recovery planning
  • Virtualization and Monitoring:
    • Hyper-V and VMware virtualization expertise
    • SCOM monitoring and Event Viewer troubleshooting
  • Storage and Remote Desktop Services:
    • RAID and iSCSI storage configuration
    • RDS deployment and management
  • Certificates and Compliance:
    • PKI and SSL certificate management
    • Audit policies and compliance requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting. Additionally, experience with virtualization, backup and disaster recovery, and remote desktop services is a plus.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
