Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Workday Functional Consultant. As a Workday Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering solutions for various Workday modules including Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prioritize work for self and assist lead by providing inputs on all phases of delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead/Manage small implementation projects/launch implementations, manage workload for the team, and assist team in all phases of delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop complex configurations for clients and leads, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Lead and involve in data conversion activities pertaining to Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical & functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Workday at least of the Module - Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll Configuration Build.
  • Through knowledge on Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll Migrations, Data Conversion and Reporting Concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to learn new skills, self-driven, and ability to manage multiple projects & teams.
