Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the underpinnings of our technology environment.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, and troubleshooting & remote management. Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence, Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is also essential.

In this role, you will act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities, provide production support, and serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Policy creation
  • Task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting
  • Configuration profile development
  • OS updating
  • Application packaging and management
  • Endpoint security
  • Automate and document operational procedures and processes.
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Participate in projects and provide updates on scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities.
  • Communicate and document technical information clearly and effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
