Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Penguin LLM Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field and a strong grasp of APIs, data formats, and logical thinking.

The successful candidate will be able to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues that reflect user expectations and assistant limitations.

Key responsibilities include crafting realistic scenarios and responses, following detailed guidelines and formatting standards with high consistency, and having native or professional proficiency in French Language.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of overall professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with or around LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
