Administrative Operations Specialist

Salary: ₹2,00,000 - ₹2,50,000 per annum
About the JobThis role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to maintain seamless workflow and process efficiency. Proficiency in Excel and advanced Google Sheets is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Task Coordination:
- Liaise with team members to coordinate daily tasks and ensure alignment with project timelines as per the Flowchart Monitoring Sheet and Checklist.
- Follow-Up:
- Strongly follow up with team members to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Capture data and progress in the FMS tracking sheet.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
- Discuss progress with the Executive Assistant (EA) and CEO.
- Communication:
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members to avoid misunderstandings and delays.
- Problem-Solving:
- Identify potential bottlenecks and work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Suggest and implement improvements to current processes for increased efficiency.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of tasks, progress, and any issues encountered.
- Support:
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream or related field.
- Proven experience in coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
