Key Responsibilities:
  • Correspondence & Document Management: Efficiently handle emails, data entry, and organize documents.
  • Coordination Across Teams: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
  • GMC-related Support: Assist with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups for GMC-related tasks.
  • Invoicing Assistance: Support invoicing preparation and related administrative tasks.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including ESIC and PF creation, maintaining accurate records.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Help with various operational projects and tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
