Administrative Operations Specialist

At Crystal Group, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and following up with team members across all levels to ensure the timely and effective completion of tasks.
This position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to maintain seamless workflow and process efficiency. Proficiency in Excel and advanced Google Sheets is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with team members to coordinate daily tasks and ensuring alignment with project timelines as per the Flowchart Monitoring Sheet and Checklist.
- Following up with team members to track progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Capturing data and progress in the FMS tracking sheet.
- Preparing and submitting daily progress reports.
- Discussing progress with the Executive Assistant (EA) and CEO.
- Facilitating clear and effective communication among team members to avoid misunderstandings and delays.
- Identifying potential bottlenecks and working collaboratively with team members to resolve issues.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to current processes for increased efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records of tasks, progress, and any issues encountered.
We are offering a competitive salary range of ₹2,00,000 - ₹2,50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field, proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, and strong follow-up and time management skills. Additionally, you should possess polite interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
