Job Overview:
Flawsome is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead its brand, marketing, and growth strategy. This individual will drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across multiple channels while shaping the company into a category-defining brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic marketing plan that drives brand love, awareness, and trust. Shape the brand voice around menstrual health, sustainability, and empowerment, leading PR, advocacy, and impact-driven storytelling.
- Growth and Performance: Own key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer acquisition, retention, cost per acquisition (CPA), and lifetime value (LTV). Lead performance marketing efforts, including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), analytics, and sales funnel management. Drive e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth through strategic partnerships and digital channels.
- Content and Community: Build community-led campaigns featuring influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors. Lead social media and content marketing efforts, aligning with a bold conversation style. Launch targeted campaigns around period positivity, mental health, lunar cycles, and sustainability.
- Sales and Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to design campaigns that accelerate retail and institutional growth. Collaborate with product and research and development (R&D) teams to gather market feedback and insights.
- Leadership and Team Building: Build, lead, and mentor a marketing and growth team. Manage agency and partner relationships for digital, public relations, and design services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in brand marketing, growth, or digital marketing, preferably in consumer products or FMCG/D2C brands.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C brands through performance and content-led growth.
- Strong grasp of digital analytics, paid marketing, and consumer insights.
- Demonstrated ability to build iconic brands through storytelling and measurable growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
- Passionate about women's health, sustainability, and social impact.
