Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement initiatives. They will be responsible for spearheading end-to-end talent acquisition, designing and executing comprehensive hiring plans, building a strong employer brand, developing and implementing engagement and retention programs, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

  • Lead the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies: source, screen, interview, close; build pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of an attractive employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent.
  • Design and implement effective employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs (pulse surveys, town halls, recognition programs).
  • Utilize people analytics to track key performance indicators, attrition rates, engagement scores, and workforce planning metrics; present findings to leadership.
  • Collaborate with managers on performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations, compensation administration, and policy documentation.
  • Maintain a positive work culture by coaching leaders, handling escalations professionally, and fostering open communication channels.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and a master's degree or relevant certification is highly desirable.
