Job Title: Talent Management Professional

\Talent Management Responsibilities\

The Talent Management Professional will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.

\Talent Acquisition & Onboarding\
  • Develop and implement full lifecycle recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
  • Collaborate with business heads to identify skills requirements and headcount plans.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to source top talent.
  • Ensure effective onboarding processes, documentation, and background verification for all hires.
\Payroll & Benefits Administration\
  • Process end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage salary structuring, increments, and joining/exit settlements.
  • Administer employee benefits and resolve payroll queries efficiently.
\Compliance & Regulatory\
  • Maintain accurate employee records and statutory registers.
  • Ensure timely filings and returns in coordination with regulatory bodies.
  • Support internal and client audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.
\Employee Relations & HR Operations\
  • Administer HR policies, employment contracts, attendance, and leave management.
  • Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and periodic townhalls.
\People Development & Performance\
  • Support performance management cycles, promotions, and succession planning.
