HR Systems Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our HR systems architecture, ensuring they operate smoothly and support strategic and operational HR needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems.
  • Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and vendors.
  • Maintain system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  • Partner with data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Serve as the HR systems expert to troubleshoot issues and provide support to global teams.
  • Collaborate with business units on cross-functional processes and system touchpoints.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Train team members and users on system updates, new features, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
