Human Resources Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR professional to oversee our human resources functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the appraisal process to ensure timely completion and accurate ratings.
- Supervise recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Handle general HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Manage payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies.
Requirements:
- MBA degree from a reputable institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT company.
- Proven experience in handling appraisal processes, recruitment, and payroll management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
