Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Bengaluru.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Daily tasks include overseeing the hiring process, conducting onboarding and training sessions, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Additionally, the role will involve developing HR policies and procedures to support the business objectives.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations Experience in performance management and compliance with labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in the technology or Saa S industry is a plus
