Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Tech Advisory Professional to join our Asia Pacific consulting team. This individual will lead the delivery of consulting projects and contribute to the development of our consulting business in the region.

The successful candidate will have direct work with Forrester clients on their most challenging initiatives, leveraging research-based insights to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research-based engagements, from custom thought leadership projects to strategic consulting engagements for global enterprises.
  • Owning the end-to-end delivery of client consulting projects, including internal and external stakeholder management, primary research interviews, survey development, financial analysis, Excel modeling, and data analysis and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with our ecosystem across research, consulting, and sales to deliver research-based consulting services to global enterprises across industries.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that improve the consulting practice development and quality across the region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an established university; strong academic background; MBA or master's degree preferred.
  • Hands-on research and consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting or market research company, leading key workstreams and project delivery.
  • Detail-oriented, strong team player with superior written and verbal communication skills, intellectual curiosity, analytical capabilities, and project management skills.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Extensive project management skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously, working with distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in high-tech marketing messaging, customer experience strategy, technology strategy, technology infrastructure transformation, and product transformation roadmaps.
  • Track record of delivering superior client experience and aptitude/experience in project quality management.
  • Ability to communicate and present to senior-level decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods, strong Excel skills, and working knowledge of research/graphical/statistical software/tools.
  • Motivated, energetic, and outgoing individual accepting different challenges and assignments.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000-$120,000, depending on location and experience.
