Responsibilities
  • Oversee and drive strategic projects across the organization, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to eliminate silos and enhance collaboration.
  • Track project performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Serve as a quality checker for core departments, including Academy, Customer Service, Class Quality, and Sales.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, operations, or similar leadership roles with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
