Patent Dispute Resolution Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patent Dispute Resolution Expert to manage complex patent cases.

  • Lead patent dispute resolution efforts before various courts and tribunals.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other critical legal documents.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in all aspects of case preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication regarding case progress and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in patent law and procedural rules.
  • Work closely with team members and other practice groups within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent dispute resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of patent law and procedures.
  • Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution.
  • Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT, along with proven experience in patent dispute resolution.
