Job Profile: Associate - IP Solutions

Job Location: Mohali/Chandigarh Region

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM

Education: BTech/MTech, ECE, EE and CSE

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of IP Solutions Associate. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

  • You should have excellent analytical skills and be able to understand complex technology concepts.
  • You should be proficient in written communication and have strong problem-solving skills.
  • You should be adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique opportunity for you to learn and grow with our company while working on challenging projects that involve analyzing data patterns, finding relationships between data points, and contributing to building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers (Patent Attorneys/ IP Counsels) and build a comprehensive understanding of customers' business and functional needs.
  • Through secondary research and business insights, advise and support the sales team in the sale of IP services.
  • Build close working relations with customers so that you are the 'go-to person for solving their problems.
  • Work with the Operations team to track and monitor the status of customers' projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales/ Marketing teams to design and implement targeted Sales/ Marketing strategies.
