Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to support our company's growth and success. As an HR generalist, you will play a critical role in various aspects of human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with partners, offer management, and post-offer engagement
  • Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation process, exit interviews, and analysis, pulse, and new joiners' feedback
  • Manage Internship Process
  • Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engagement programs based on Employee Experience calendar
  • L&D: Conducting HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualize, and plan soft skills programs
  • HR Projects: Willing to take HR projects in any talent focus area and plan and execute
  • HR Analytics/Dashboards: Create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management

Requirements

Candidates should possess a good academic record. An MBA (HR) from a reputable institution would be preferred.

The ideal candidate is an achievement-oriented individual with a focus on task excellence regarding timeliness and quality of work. They must be able to multitask, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and possess a collaborative approach. Experience in innovative solutioning, agile approach, and thinking on their feet would be beneficial. The person should be strong in communication and relationship building skills, able to work effectively with partners to meet their talent requirements.
