We are seeking an experienced Education Director to lead a team of counsellors in the education industry.

About the Role
  • Direct and manage a team of education counsellors, driving them towards meeting sales targets and monthly quotas.
  • Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, inspiring and coaching team members to achieve their best.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results, accompanied by a quick learning capacity and adaptability under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems, enabling data-driven decision making.
