Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, HR analytics, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, coordinating interviews with partners, offer management, and post-offer engagement.
- Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation processes, exit interviews, and analysis, pulse and new joiners feedback.
- Manage internship processes.
- Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engagement programs based on employee experience calendars.
- L&D: Conduct HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualize, and plan soft skills programs.
- HR Projects: Should be willing to take on HR projects in any talent focus area and plan and execute.
- HR Analytics/Dashboards: Should be able to create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They should be achievement-oriented, with a focus on task excellence regarding timeliness and quality of work. The person needs to be a multitasker, comfortable working for multiple clients, with a collaborative approach. Experience in innovative solutioning, agile approaches, and thinking on their feet would be beneficial.
Candidates should have a good and consistent academic record and an MBA (HR) from a reputable college/university preferred.
