Role Overview

The Regional Training Manager is a pivotal position that drives employee development and activation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training plans, including induction, refresher courses, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates.
  • Manage a team of trainers, ensuring logistics and subject matter expert availability.
  • Drive trainer performance to achieve activation targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to enhance trainer expertise and maintain delivery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and codes of conduct, capturing and sharing training data, insights, and feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in training delivery, management, and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
