Job Title: Regional Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Training Programs: Manage a team of trainers to execute training plans across various modules, including induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates.
  • Drive Performance Excellence: Monitor trainer performance to achieve activation targets (first successful cross-sell within defined time) and take corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Capability Development: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.
  • Compliance and Feedback: Ensure adherence to governance and code of conduct, capture and share training data, insights, and feedback with leadership to support strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate trainers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive business growth.
