We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the LATAM and SEA regions.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 (or equivalent in USD). This figure takes into account industry standards, regional market conditions, and the level of expertise required for the position.

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ad revenue in the LATAM and SEA regions; build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders; identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in target markets; collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions; monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies; meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of proven experience in ad sales, specifically in the LATAM and SEA regions; demonstrated expertise in performance ad sales; strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, display, and social media; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and as part of a global team; fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or other relevant languages is a plus.
