GTM Specialist Job Description

As a seasoned professional in Go-To-Market strategy, you will drive growth across the United States by building and executing strategic plans. Your mission is to expand our presence in the US B2B SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement region-specific messaging, positioning, and outreach strategies for our product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and calling.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives and ensure alignment between GTM and sales pipeline.
  • Analyze performance metrics, conversion funnels, and customer feedback to refine our GTM approach.
  • Represent our company in client demos, webinars, and virtual networking events for the US market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in SaaS companies.
  • Prior experience managing GTM strategies specifically for US B2B SaaS markets.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS buyer journey, sales cycles, and customer success models.
  • Experience working in US time zones and with US-based customers.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and execution capabilities.
