Business Development Executive

Economy Process Solutions Private Limited is a leading engineering company with a strong presence in the design and supply of process equipment and vacuum systems. With head offices in Mumbai and factories in Pune, we cater to various industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Greater Bengaluru Area office to develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve sales targets and exceed them
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the vacuum plant and process industry
• Proven sales experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Salary Information
